Vicki La Bouchardiere
Prior to becoming a professional coach, Vicki has 10 years' experience and success as a property developer. In 2007 following a major change in personal circumstances, Vicki re-evaluated her life and chose a new career path based on her interest in personal development and success coaching. She qualified as a life coach with the Achievement Specialists, who are accredited by the European Coaching Institute. She has worked with a wide variety of personal coaching and business coaching clients.
Kevin Whitehouse
When Vicki first invited Kevin to join with her running Venture coaching, he was unsure as to what clients would expect from him, as he has owned and run his own accountancy practice since 1991. However, when Vicki pointed out the role within his accountancy business had evolved over many years, whereby he had ceased simply crunching the numbers and spent all of his time talking with and guiding clients towards achieving their goals, something that he has an obvious desire towards, it made sense that Venture Coaching would become a true opportunity to develop this passion further.
In 2008, Kevin set out to remodel his accountancy business to create a business that can run itself without the need for his constant input. In 2011 this goal became a reality and he can now devote a proper amount of his time to working with Venture Coaching clients.
